RULES Edit

1. I AM THE RULES
2. Any character type can be created , but must start out low-leveled,(one power or so.)
3. Character creation must be in depth, and creative. NO COPYING AN ALREADY EXISTING CHARMED CHARACTER.
4. Powers must be used from the Power Article, new powers must be accepted by ME.
5. Be polite to others.
6. Plagiarisim results in BAN.
